Dear Customers

My ultimate goal is to provide you with an excellent service at all times. I think a lot about you, because I care, so I never stop figuring out the best way how to satisfy your needs. Regrettably, after reviewing my business I will have to put new measures in place because of the sheer volume of late cancellations and non arrivals I have had in the past. That is why I have decided to introduce a clear policy.

48H Cancellation Policy

As a little business owner I would like to thank you for your consideration of my 48 hour cancellation policy. My new policy does not only protect my business but also ensures that my day runs smoothly and you, along with everyone else, gets fair treatment. I do not want my treatment times going to waste, meaning others may miss out on an opportunity to experience what I offer. Please book carefully as there will be no exceptions to this policy. I really appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation Fees

Less than 48h notice – Will be charged 10% of the booking value
Less than 24h notice – Will result in a charge equal to 25% of the booking value
No Show – Will be charged 50% of the booking value

Treatment Courses

For clients on a course of treatments who fail to attend an appointment or cancel outside of the cancellation policy time, I reserve the right to deduct that session from the course.

All New Clients

From now on I will also require a deposit for all new clients visiting the salon. This is 20% of the value of the service and will be taken upon booking or during your free consultation and redeemed against your appointment. If you decide to cancel or you are not suitable for your appointment, this amount will be refunded back to you. Please note, cancelling within my 48hour policy results in the deposit not being refunded.

A deposit is required to book and secure all Aesthetic, Microblading and Semi-Permanent Makeup and all appointments over 1 hour. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your procedure. This will be deducted from the total cost of your session.

Please Be Punctual

I work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Please arrive on time or 5 minutes before your appointment to make sure that you do not miss a single minute of your treatment. If you are late for your appointment I will do everything to accommodate you. However, if it is not possible for me to extend your appointment time, regrettably I may have to treat this appointment as cancelled so you will be still charged.

No Guests Please

Due to the nature of my detailed services, my Insurance Policy and Health Department Regulations, I will kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment.
