THE PROCESS
Simple Steps To A Beautiful You
CONSULTATION
To ensure your Semi-permanent procedure meets your every expectation we will discuss in detail your requirements, check your medical history and complete sensitivity patch test. This will be your time to meet me, as understandably you need to feel at ease with the person giving your face more permanent makeover.
Once you will be happy with everything and you decide to go ahead with the enhancement a deposit for the more timely treatment will be requested just to secure the booking on both parts but this will be deducted from the full treatment value. I will ensure you that you receive a first class enhancement which will give you years of satisfaction.
INITIAL TREATMENT
On the day of your treatment I will start by analysing your features and fine tuning the colour and shape of your enhancement. Only once you and I are fully satisfied with the template will I proceed to next stage.
To keep you completely comfortable numbing agents will be applied to the procedure area beforehand, and continually reapplied to minimise your discomfort.
Then selected high quality pigments will be implanted into your skin using a sophisticated machine and an ultra-fine needle for the most effective natural results. Whole treatment will last between 2-3 hours.
AFTER CARE
Following your procedure, you will receive written instructions for the aftercare of your specific enhancement, as well as complimentary aftercare products to help you care for your enhancement at home.
HEALING TIMELINE
Firstly, the depth of colour of your enhancement will be considerably darker than you may expect, but don’t panic as this is completely normal. Over the following days it will begin to fade and may take up to four to six weeks for the true colour to come through. Also don’t be alarmed if the colour seems to disappear during the healing process, this is due to layers of skin forming and is only temporary.
The entire healing process of your treated area will take 4 to 6 weeks depending on your body regeneration, age, immune system and lifestyle.
PERFECTING SESSION
A top-up treatment is scheduled for 4-6 weeks post procedure to boost your colour and perfect any final adjustments that may be necessary to ensure your permanent cosmetic enhancement is complete and long lasting.
MAINTENANCE
To keep your enhancement in tip top condition, always use SPF 30 or higher as exposure to sun will fade your procedure and the colour may change. Avoid any chemical, acid or other resurfacing treatments on the treated area as it will cause pigment to lighten. Single maintenance top up treatment is advisable every 12-18 months to keep your makeup in pristine condition.
